At Diamond Photo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and custom prints. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet our quality standards, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and state the reason.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective sleeve and shipping box to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
