How do I ensure my photos are high enough quality for large canvas prints?
For the best results, we recommend uploading images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Our system will automatically alert you if the file size is too low for the selected print dimensions to prevent pixelation.
What is the typical turnaround time for custom home decor orders?
Most custom products are manufactured within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Do you offer international shipping for your products?
Yes, Diamond Photo ships to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
What happens if my item arrives damaged during transit?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Because our products are custom-made to order, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 1 hour of the order being placed. After this window, the production process begins and cannot be halted.
